I used this company for the first time to buy a dehumidifier that was not in stock at the manufacture, but this company did have stock for the model I was after. Ordered online and it arrived by courier a couple of days later, despite having only paid for the 3 to 5 day service. They also kept me up to date on the order progress via email. Cost was slightly more than buying direct from the manufacturer, because I had to pay for the delivery as opposed to free delivery, but Appliance Direct did have it in stock.
