After paying £90 to have the washing machine fitted into an integrated kitchen very badly we contacted Ao to complain about the standard of work
After a chat with customer services it was explained tactfully that there are fitters that are a little more experienced than others so arranged for 2 more fitters to come out
At 7 this morning 15 December Steve and James come out and in the matter of minutes rectified a real botched up job
Yes okay it took several phone calls but when you get to the right people you get a result
