The driver refused to deliver an oven due to
H&S risk of carrying down 12 steps to my basement. The oven was a like for like replacement and clearing no issue before.
The customers services phone operator was clearly conflicted but had to go with the drivers unwarranted fear. She was fantastic but I cancelled the order as I didn’t want a repeat experience.
I am usually a fan a ao but sadly not this time. I hope they manage to find more agreeable drivers.
