I am a very satisfied customer. I haven't yet used my new Indesit Washing Machine but am amazed and how easy it was to order on-line with AO. I was kept fully up to date via email, text and landline with regard to delivery, and this morning by 7am I was informed by Expert Logistics that I had a four hour window. This was updated approximately an hour prior to delivery. EL were most efficient in delivering, installing and taking away my old appliance (and packaging); I am truly impressed. This is my second time using AO and it surely won't be the last. Thank you for making it all so painless.
