Recently ordered a new kettle, toaster and Dyson hoover on a Sunday afternoon and had it in my home on Monday morning by 11am. Exactly as promised and delivered by 2 very helpful and polite delivery men. Delighted with goods - exactly as described and very competitively priced. Have used ao.com before and will definitely use them again.
