Ripped my floor in multiple places upon installing the dishwasher and are now refusing compensation despite the face the delivery men admitted to it and apologized, ie accepting blame.
Implied that customer had made it up. Fortunately I have the photographic evidence to prove otherwise. Investigating with lawyers now - will give it one more shot for what will be a measly amount of compensation for them in the bigger picture, but if no luck will be suing for the principle here as I am outraged.
