I purchased an American fridge from AO.com recently and I have to say the service has been fantastic. We had to put back our delivery day quite a few times due to renovation work at our property. During this time the fridge reduced in price and they was happy to honour the reduction and refund us.
On delivery day the delivery guys were so careful and helpful.
