The website says deliveries can be between 7am and 7 pm. The initial four hour delivery window was set at between 3 and 7 pm. Through the day the window slipped backwards
When it slipped back to 8.30pm to 12.30am (after midnight!) - I called to cancel the order. At no time did AO contact me to explain the changes. Can't wait to see the AO TV advert based on my experience.
