Their price match promise is a lie.
I found a fridge freezer that was £140 cheaper on another website and tried to price-match it. They put me on hold and came back saying the manager didn't want to price match it as an OVEN the retailer was selling was in a refurbished condition. Not the fridge I wanted to buy just a random oven on the website.
I filed a complaint which took them 21 days to reply to stating the item I wanted to price match was now out of stock on AO so nothing they could do.
Will never use AO again
