Bought a tumble dryer, seemed good enough on the website but once we started using it we soon discovered that it doesn't dry clothes very well, despite being on for 2 hours, contacted AO they made me wait out for a engineer (clever as I cant return it within the 14 day period, with a full refund).
Now as I'm over the 14 day period they will only give me half the money back as they feel its a reasonable amount.
You only get to know the reality of a company once you go through their customer services, will never purchase from them again!
