It has come to my attention that they are NOT conducting DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks on their drivers.For any company that employs drivers, especially those who might transport vulnerable individuals or access private properties, a DBS check is a fundamental and non-negotiable safety measure. This check is designed to ensure that individuals do not have a history of criminal convictions or cautions that would make them unsuitable for certain roles, particularly those involving public trust or direct contact with the public.The absence of DBS checks at AO is deeply alarming and demonstrates a shocking disregard for customer safety and well-being.
