After paying over £900 for a large tv it came with an empty McCoys crisp packet in the box , no cover over the screen and finger prints on the screen ,, Clearly a returned item re-wrapped and sold to me !!!! AFTER CALLING AO.COM THEY SAID NOTING WE CAN DO ....
