Our washing machine broke on Saturday morning. By Sunday afternoon AO had delivered a new machine, taken away the packaging and our old machine. We liked being able to choose what to pay for, e.g. Sunday delivery. The team of two were very quick in moving the old and new washers.
Best of all the tracker gave us a four hour window for the likely delivery time and an update on how many people were still ahead of us on the route.
Overall a fair price, a straightforward process and a good team to deliver and take away etc.
