Unreliable! Delivery slot Sunday 2-6pm. No one turned up. No one phoned to let me know.
Second attempt 2 days later. delivered and installed but after plugged in and tried to get water from the dispenser , then water leaked from the connection. (Was advised not to plug in fridge freezer for 3 hours after installation so couldn't check at time of delivery ) No one returned that day despite phone calls to ao.com and d&g
Will now sort plumber myself despite paying for the installation by ao.com.
Very poor customer service, delivery and installation.
