The delivery came last Wednesday and the washing machine worked intermittently twice. Today (day 4) it is completely dead!
I phoned the number below (another 30 mins of my life I am not getting back!) and was put through to hotpoint not AO! After explaining the issue they informed me they would send out an engineer next week and I could chose a morning or afternoon. Once again I, the customer, am inconvenienced. I do not need an engineer I need a new washing machine that works. With 3 young children in the house and 2 adults whom work full time and very hard the last thing I need is this hassle.
I really don’t care from whom you source the products. My contract/relationship is with you and as such I expect you to get this sorted.
I very much doubt you will but I would appreciate a call or an email to explain to me what you are doing (as the company I bought the products from) are doing to support me in getting this resolved
