Bought two domestic appliances which were delivered on the day and time expected, and in excellent order. However, unbeknown to me, my own plumber failed to remove all packaging and I got on to AO with a "fault" and it was dealt with immediately, no hassle and prompt outstanding customer service (especially considering it was the fault of my plumber!) So pleased with the service. I will definitely use AO again for any future purchases. Next time I will use AO to fit the machine as well.
