Both the staff in the call center and especially the delivery and installation engineer were top class and saved the day as he noticed that I ordered a 50/50 fridge freezer when in fact I should have ordered a 70/30 !! having lugged it into my flat you would think they would be miffed but not a bit and no problem getting a refund either.
