After absolute terrible service ordering a new appliance on Currys website using my daughters email to order, it automatically set the delivery to her address,no option to choose delivery address..spent over 1 hour on phone trying to change or have refund , Finally got refunded. Went to a.o.com order was placed and arranged within 5 minutes. no problems. Then recieved txt messages regular keeping us posted with details of delivery times, contact numbers, Fantastic service, Process from beginning to end was perfect . 10/10 +
