Ao won't deliver when they say, and when you call them they will answer your first call and ask you to call back...however when you call back your call won't be answered but if you call from a different number it gets picked up straight away,then they take your details and put you on hold and after 30 minutes still don't pick up. When you call back they ignore the second number you called from as well!!!! Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to use......Facebook here I come
