Purchased a VAX vacuum cleaner. The unit had little or no suction - a gap was found between the drum and the main suction feed - hence no vacuum. AO just forwarded the complaint to Vax who said they would send new items for us to fit!........ Did you ever.
AO refused to take any more phone calls from us.
Please note this item is only 3 weeks old!
DO NOT DEAL WITH AO.COM - they are rubbish!
