I ordered and paid for a new 43 inch HD TV but then realised after ordering that it wasn't a smart tv. At this point I was worried I wasn't going to get my money back or be able to swap it. I rang up the ao.com service number and within 5 minutes I had put the order on hold ready to be swapped over once I had made my mind up what to swap for. When I then phoned back to order the new TV they put the swap through immediately which included free delivery for 3 days time. They even phoned me when they were 5 mins away to double check there was someone in to take delivery. When I looked at my transactions they had paid me back the difference between the two TV's without any hassle. I do not ever take the time really to leave reviews but on this occasion I have to say this was exceptional service and if I was thinking of buying a TV in future I would definetely use ao.com again.
