The purchase and delivery all seamless and exactly as was described. The delivery team kept me informed of the arrival time through the day, particularly useful and surprisingly rare in experience. On arrival the team spent some time evaluating their options (delivery of american style fridge) and agreed how they were going to proceed. Once in the house they offered to unpack and take the packaging away and were all done in no time. Surprisingly they also completed a retrospective refund on a price match without me even having to ask - I received a phone call informing me that I could have got it cheaper elsewhere (by £20) and so had refunded me the difference.
