This company is exceptional - their customer service is amazing! I had an issue with a delivery and dreaded the customer service call however the call was so easy! Honestly this company has got it right - I didn't expect all the extras that were offered for the inconvenience which I don't believe was either parties fault but they made it so much easier and bearable offering me time slots that suited me and I had to chose a new oven and it was almost GBP 100 more which they waived. Not waiting for things, most things are delivered next day or certainly within couple of days, most other places I ordered from take forever. This is now the third thing I've ordered from them and they never disappoint. The consistency of the 3 deliveries tells they are good!! I dealt with Chloe in customer service who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pls use this company, you won't be disappointed.
