This is not the first time I've used AO and it won't be the last. From the placing of my order of a washing machine to the day it was delivered the service was excellent. My order was acknowledged and confirmed by a phone call within a few hours of me ordering online. The delivery day was confirmed and I received a text advising the time of delivery the day before with tracking available throughout. This was updated regularly on the delivery day and I also received a phone call half an hour before the driver arrived. Great customer service and good prices too
