I ordered a new washing machine today with delivery planned for the next day. I needed to cancel this delivery and spent 3 hours trying to get through to someone on the number supplied without success. Also I have sent two emails with automated replies. Absolutely fuming. My husband managed to get through to customer service @ 19.50. It is now 8.05 and in another queue. Given up now and not taking delivery of the order tomorrow. They can leave it in the middle of the road. Mad, mad, mad. Will never use AO again. Shocking customer sercice
