Excellent website, very informative regarding products.
I contacted Ao, as I was buying quite a few large appliances and they agreed a discount.
It was possible to track the progress of the items. All of which were delivered, on time, by two very helpful chaps.
The only downside was the young girl on the phone who was desperate to sell insurance which I didn't want.
