Bobsy was brilliant !! I called to buy a replacement dishwasher. AO were more than happy to price match. I mentioned I had had an appliance from them before and had taken out their recommended care plan but couldn't remember what the care plan was for. Bobsy found the details for me and advised me it was for my current dishwasher. I no longer have to pay out for a new dishwasher. It will be fridge time soon and I will definitely be buying from AO.
