Decide to replace existing cooker/hob after glass panel broke.
Order from AO to be told that my existing stove does not fit regulations-it is a fire hazard!
So my stove is not up to standard while I am using it everyday and have yearly checks!!
WHY do AO pretend to deliver customer service that does not exist!!
