I had cause to make a complain about a TV that I ordered which has a usb socket missing. It was dealt with quickly and without drama. New TV sent in a day. I highly recommend AO for electricals. I have since bought a vacuum cleaner and a fridge freezer and both were delivered quickly. My fridge freezer was also unpacked and installed by AO and they took my old one away cheaper than my local council would. Very happy customer. Won't go anywhere else for electricals as AO also price promise :)
