My Sunday delivery got cancelled so I had to call and re-book. Earliest I could get it was Tuesday after this (initially they tried pushing Wednesday). They said it would arrive between 7am-12pm so I took time off work to wait. The tracking showed that the driver did not leave the depot until 11am and that my new delivery time was 12:30pm. A whole morning of wages wasted because of pure inefficiency.
On top of this my delivery cost was not refunded (even though if I had originally booked for Tuesday it would have been free).
To summarise, terrible service received resulting in my losing 5 hours of my wages this month and having to go without owning a fridge for half a week due to my original delivery being cancelled.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
