Terrible experience.
Bought a TV in November (Black friday) for delivery on 19 Dec. Stayed in ALL DAY and when I tracked it I kept getting a new later time slot until it said midnight !?
Spent half the day on the - the driver said the van broke down and I should have received a notification (no). Customer services said they would call me back at 9am the next day with a re-delivery date.... it's 10.40 and I am still waiting for their call.
Next time it's John Lewis. I will never use this company again.
