Placed an order 14 days ago for delivery on Tuesday 19th Dec. For a electric Hob.
Waited in all day Tuesday got an email to say delivery next day , Wednesday. It’s now Thursday not a peep from them . Tried to phone them, hung on for 10 minutes and gave up. I wish to god I’d used a local supplier. Will I use ao.com again ? I think not they’re useless. Pity there’s no Minus stars on the rating
