You delivered a faulty product and are refusing to provide me with a refund until it is examined by an engineer
You want me to travel 28 miles and catch 4 buses carrying a 24 inch square box weighing 8kg to take the item to the engineer to confirm it is faulty???
Passing the buck to the manufacturer when my contract is with you as you sold me the item.
