Our cooker is less than two weeks old. A screw came lose securing one of the potentiometers controlling the induction hob, causing the control to wobble.
Hotpoint told us we have to employ an electrician to diagnose this fault before they'll take action. AO just refer us back to Hotpoint.
A youtube vid told me how to remove the front panel. I've retrieved the screw and replaced it myself, but I shouldn't rearlly have had to d that .... or organise an electrician.
Dreadful service. Never buying from AO again or having another Hotpoint product.
