ordered and paid for a cooker 3 weeks ago. Lots of excuses given by ao but I still don't have the cooker that I paid for. have had to eat out for 3 weeks They keep offering a refund with no compensation and no genuine apology either. disgusting service all round. eventually because they still cant give a definite date they can supply have had to order from elsewhere who are delivering the exact cooker in 3 days.
will NEVER buy anything from ao again and I suggest no one else does.
