AO are literally the worst company I have dealt with. Bought a cooker in may - delivery people damaged flooring. Issue was eventually fixed but was left on hold for 45mins to report this.
Just bought a fridge and dryer - delivery has been 1 huge f@@k up after another. Will we get this on Friday? Odds don't look good! Customer service people are nice but promises are just words in our experience of AO. We certainly wouldn't use AO for anything again and would share these bad experiences with anyone who asks.
