Customer service was excellent.
Getting through the automated phone menus was fast - the recorded messages were read at a normal speed which was so refreshing. Much better than being spoken to like a child.
Then the guy I ended up speaking to quickly resolved my problem, and struck a nice line between friendly and professional.
