Bought a Hisense TV which became faulty within the warranty, I had to contact Hisense first who gave me an uplift number. After contacting AO they no longer supplied my old TV so told me i could get a new model. I originally had a £40 discount when i bought my Hisense TV which they applied to my new Samsung TV and also upgraded me to clear the £20 difference between my old and new TV along with free next day delivery.
I also asked about how the new warranty works considering this is a replacement and was told so long as the model and make of the TV is different, the warranty will be renewed.
Very happy with the service and I'd recommend buying from them.
