i ordered washing machine ' when i used it although it had a 1400 spin the clothes were coming out quite wet phoned the manufacterure up and got fobbed off.either to much or to little in machine,so i phoned ao up and they were fantastic,they agreed to exchange the machine hassle free ,i changed the make and i only had to pay difference in price of cost machines and delivered the next day the delivery crew were excellent steve/dave cwv87p nothing was to much trouble for them
