Purchased a Electric Dreamland under blanket in December 2018 after six weeks one side wouldn't heat up so I contacted ao.com and they arranged a new one to be delivered and collected the faulty one. It was all so easy from the service centre. The delivery guys were bang on time and even rang twenty minutes before to say that they were on their way. So thanks Crew HEYV 22 and Alan for the service.
P.S The new blanket was £10 cheaper too !
