Delivered on time by a very polite and helpful driver, I wish all deliveries were made by drivers like him. Forgot his name but his crew reference is HEYV160. I tried to leave feedback on letusknow@ao.com but link didn't work. The microwave was well packed and looks much better than expected for the price, will have to see how well it lasts. Overall, I am very happy with ao.com.
