Placed an order today for a Samsung tv, I managed to get £10 discount for signing up to email. However I managed to find the same tv elsewhere for another £20 cheaper. Decided I would cancel the ao order and go for the cheaper option. I rang ao to see if the cancellation had gone through. The guy I spoke to at ao could not have been more helpful, price matched the tv and gave me free delivery for the following day. After a bad run of things recently, this was a very welcomed breath of fresh air. Thankyou.
