Paid extra money for disconnection and removal of old device as well as connecting the new one by ‘trained engineers’ he said he couldn’t Disconnect the old one or connect the new one as it was too difficult.
Terrible attitude from them, told me to call the office and they sat in the van.
Told them to pack it back up and refund my money.
Terrible service won’t be using them again.
