Wow, just wow!
We recently ordered an oven via Boots.com (on behalf of AO). It was delivered on Saturday and I realised that I had ordered a 'built in' rather than a 'built under' oven. Called the helpline on a Sunday morning, I had the right oven delivered the NEXT DAY with the wrong item (my mistake) collected at the same time.
This is the type of service you always wished to receive from a company so large. No fuss, no hassle - just DONE!
