Great customer service especially being able to speak direct to delivery driver to explain I would not be able to take delivery when I arranged. AO contacted me within the hour to help rearrange delivery to suit. They waived the extra delivery charges I would have incurred and were very understanding and accomodating. Have made a few purchases over the last few years and always had deliveries on time and with plenty of notice re the exact delivery time. The TV I have ordered is the best price I could find online.
