I ordered 2 phones from smartphone sister company of ao. One was delayed in arriving as was out of stock. The one I received had light scratches all over the screen, I sent photos right away and it took 4 days to get a response.
I was basically called a liar and was told there was no way this could have arrived in this way. They offered to take it back but with a fee for the screen repair!
Cancelled the other order and reordered with affordable mobiles... And it was cheaper!
