Rubbish. Placed an order for a washing machine. Arranged for it to be delivered on the following Sunday. Called by AO on the Friday to check all was still ok. Email received later on the Friday to say it’s now out of stock and would t be in stock for another three weeks. So you didn’t know this when you rang me!! No wonder the share price is now a third of what it was when it floated.
