From phoning my order of a washing machine to delivery to an assigned day and time slot everything went smoothly. Crew HEY172 disconnected the old machine took it away and then connected the new one and ensured it was working before leaving(took about 15 mins). Paid extra for this but it was worth it. The crew worked quickly & efficiently. Second time I've used AO.com
