Our new Fridge Freezer did not work and had to be replaced. It took ao nearly a week to do this which I was not happy about.
However Mike and Keith (LAPM7) who delivered and fitted the new fridge/freezer were excellent and very helpful. The four stars are for these guys rather than ao.
