We were impressed with the pre-delivery call and the delivery notifications. It would have been 5 stars but the crew had had a tough day and didn't get to us until 21:00 for a 16:00-19:00 original slot. Our freezer contents needed to be replaced.
The crew were very jolly despite their long day and very efficient (crew number LUV23).
